Trained in Connecticut and licensed in both Connecticut and Tennessee, she brings a unique blend of medical spa expertise and holistic day spa techniques to her practice. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing to book my services! To protect my business and my time, I have established the following cancellation/no show policy: I require a 20% deposit on services to be paid to book an appointment. Deposits are non refundable and required to book an appointment. You must cancel your appointment no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% (less the deposit amount already paid) of your missed appointment total. Same day cancellations will be charged a 70% fee (less the deposit amount already paid), and clients who “No-show” will be charged 90% of the service total (less the deposit amount already paid). Same day rescheduling will incur a fee of up to 90% of the service cost and may result in a deposit being required to rebook. The fees will be charged to the card on file, if for some reason the card on file is unable to be charged, an invoice will be sent. I reserve the right to restrict future booking and/or require payment in full upfront due to frequent rescheduling, cancelling, no shows.
