CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨ To better serve you and protect our time together, a small 30% deposit is now required for all new client appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total ✨ Life happens — we totally get it! You can reschedule anytime with at least 24 hours notice and your deposit will transfer. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit the deposit or be charged up to 50% of the service. No shows will be subject to charge 50-100% of the service fee based on conditions and circumstances.
